Opus Integration Family Outing at Gallrein Farms Fall Festival
This September, our team and their families spent a Saturday together at Gallrein Farms Fall Festival. It was a welcome break from the work routine and a chance to enjoy a day surrounded by good food, great company, and plenty of activities for all ages.

At the festival grounds, there was plenty to keep everyone busy. Some braved the corn maze and apple cannons, others headed straight for the petting zoo and pumpkin patch, and the younger kids made a beeline for the jumping pillow, corn pit, and train ride. A few of us just enjoyed a walk through the farm stands, checking out local produce and fall decorations.

Of course, no trip to Gallrein would be complete without food. From pulled pork and wings to apple cider donuts and cookies, the options didn’t disappoint. Families gathered at the picnic tables to share a meal and swap stories before heading back out to the activities.
What stood out most during the day wasn’t just the fun on the farm, but the chance to connect outside of the usual work setting. It gave everyone a chance to slow down, talk, and simply enjoy spending time together. Kids played side by side, while parents and coworkers got to know each other a little better.

By the end of the afternoon, families were heading home with pumpkins, treats, and a lot of tired but happy kids. It was a simple, enjoyable day that reminded us how valuable it is to gather as a group and spend time together outside the office.
We appreciate everyone who came out to make the outing a success, and we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to get together.
