Jake Horn

Shop Foreman

As Shop Foreman at Opus Integration, Jake Horn brings more than two decades of electrical expertise and hands-on leadership to the heart of our panel production operations. A graduate of the IEC Apprenticeship Program and a licensed Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor, Jake leverages 22 years of experience to ensure that every panel built in our shop meets the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.

Since joining Opus four years ago, Jake has played a pivotal role in managing day-to-day shop operations, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to life. His commitment to excellence and approachable leadership style make him an invaluable asset—not just to our team, but to every client whose success he helps power forward.

When he’s not streamlining shop productivity or wiring up progress, you can find Jake with his wife of 11 years, Melissa, and their three kids—Brady, Avery, and Camden—out on the lake, fishing, or cheering on the Miami Dolphins (he’s convinced this is their year). He’s also got a soft spot for Flip, their high-energy Jack Russell and unofficial fourth child.

Jake’s passion for craftsmanship, paired with his easygoing personality and deep technical knowledge, exemplifies the Opus spirit—where safety, trust, and innovation aren’t just priorities, they’re the blueprint.

That’s What Jake Said...

“You will have that on these big jobs….”
